In the absence of any real info about their Allergan deal we are once again left to ponder figures on our own.

Linda Pullman's recent tweet/post indicated the median upfront payment was $54M.  I'm assuming that is USD so apply a modest exchange rate that would still be several millions more than Sirona's market cap.  Even if you assume they got half the median that is still a big chunk of change relative to their market cap.  And what would that do to the share price if revealed?  Never mind the $680M that PRC is forecasting in royalty payments!  

They really missed an opportunity to finally get the share price reflecting the value of their technology.

Does the share price not point to an entry point? I called it at various levels and turned out to be correct about 80% of time, and 100% accurate when it gets this stupid. It is super stupid right now. I am certain these prices below 25 cents will not last. A squeeze is imminent. You will see. do your own due diligence, I am not a certified investment advisor. lmfao.

Other than Howies giddiness, there are no clues to any monetary value on this deal. He was self excited often before in previous anticipations that turned bust. So his interpretations mean nothing.  But we are stuck with this guy who will not walk away, and must wait until revenue is reported somewhere. We do not even know what year a product will be introduced into the market, much less size

The numbers are there, but we haven't seen them (yet). Just because you can't see past the horizon at tonights sunset doesn't mean that the world is FLAT. The company just signed the biggest deal in its history but it can't disclose the details yet. My sense is that the royalties and associated global rollout is really the banger here, that is the bigger revenue stream on a

I vividly remember during one of Howard's infamous video interviews that he said if exclusive rights were granted to a company that it would require a substantial payout for that exclusivity.  Wonder if he followed through on that premise and exacted a hefty upfront? Given all they have planned as far a restructuring and clinical trials, etc.  it gives the impression that they now

Mgmt could be making all these big plans based on a modest upfront payment of say $2 million and guidance from Abbvie as to when the 1st milestone may be reached triggering another payment of $3 million in 12 months.
