Upfront Fee Material Information?
If the up front fee is a significant number then surely that is material information that should be required to be announced?

And here is the question again. Is the receipt of a significant upfront payment subject to disclosure? what does some point mean? Does anyone know?

yes, many of us know the "at some point" because we use google and look at the quarterly dates required for disclosure and then work from there.

thank you. To be clear. If they had received, let's say, 10m upfront in their account last week, then they would only have to disclose this in the next quarterly figures? is that correct?

Interesting remark about the upcoming Abbvie 10K report. Any chance you know the date?

It'll be a 10-Q and should come quickly after earnings release, which is assumed July 28-August 1.
