It really is hard to imagine that after years and years of misteps, incompetence and stumbles they finally land that big lucrative contract with a major Pharma for a worldwide exclusive deal (which according to Howard the exclusive should = big $$$) and the price gets driven down to a 52 week low after barely launching from pre-deal levels.  Howie should have at least been able to release

Announcements will not move the value anymore, that is obvious. Especially any news release related to Howies plan that will cost more money and not receiving any. A buyout or the eventual purchase of a molecule by BP would catapult things, of course.  Building sustained value through royalties is going to be a grind for a part time CEO.
