I remember when Howie did an AGM on Dec 21 a few years ago. He scheduled the date purposely so nobody would attend during the holiday and season and he had no good news to present. A few days later he announced that a potential partner for 1067 walked away from the table and price plummeted to 8 cents. Looks like Howie has not changed a bit.

I don't think Howard has the ball$ to hold an AGM when shareholders with actual real questions could attend. Holding the meeting a day before New Years shows how uninterested they are in being transparent and accountable to shareholders. SHAME on Howard and team for pulling this obvious tactic to avoid any kind of accountability.

Unbelievable!!!! This bloody CEO will really do everything possible to make sure nobody will join!! No explanation for this move. Never see such an nontransparent CEO before!!!! The whole management should step back. By By, Chris, Howard and Michelle!!! Let's bring an European CEO on board!!

The problem is that the hurdles for us Europeans are so high and it was probably deliberately set up in a complicated way. I tried to register my shares last year with the help of my bank, but failed miserably. That's probably how it is for many people, and the management is laughing their heads off at our collective failure...

Not sure how it works in Europe but in Canada if your shares are registered in street name (i.e. held by your broker) you simply call your broker and ask for a control no. With this no. you go to the internet voting site and enter the control no. Last year Sirona used investorvote.com.

I had to pay 300 Euro just to get this bloody number so it's not really easy for European shareholders to vote. And this is exactly where the management of Sirona is speculating with. It's too complicated, hence nobody can't really vote.

Also, the voting is rigged so its (almost) impossible to vote for anyone or anything that is not already on the board of directors or items predetermined for voting. We can always vote against any share compensation at this ridiculously low price, but to to provide proxy to a non board member is a challenge. A separate individual or agenda item must be introduced prior.

How does co. expect to uplist when 3 of the 5 Directors are not independent?

Everybody together send 50 million votes to vote down the directors and the management incentive plan - then start from scratch after 10 years of shareholders suffering
