In the last 3 years: 44.5 cents to 11.5 cents. A lot of work needed in 2023 to even get some of that back

That is an ignorant generalization. All you have to do is read the press release to know the two deals are not alike in any way.  R&F - Sirona is paid $8000 per kg of raw material Abbvie - Sirona is paid % of sales, payment for raw materials, and milestones. And Linda Pullen said it was a solid agreement for Sirona. The CEO then said that this agreement will make Sirona profitable ...more

Biorun, read your statement again below: The CEO then said that this agreement will make Sirona profitable. Anyone that can read a financial statement can figure out what that means, at minimum. There is your financial forecast. As I said before, if they continue to take exhorbitant wages and bonuses, there will be no profitability to shareholders, only the corp. execs that help themselves to ...more

You and your opinion, as well as mine and everyone else's here is merely a knat on a horses a$$ here.. They currently are paid a base salary, the rate of a middle manager in a typical large biotech company, and then fill their pockets with options, thank god most expiring useless on their own accord. So when the share price goes up, and they win, then we win, we all win together. This is ...more

This is not accurate.  Linda Pullan stated “Allergan Aesthetics’ global presence in the aesthetic space and goal to further enhance aesthetic medicine combined with Sirona’s disruptive technology made this all possible”. Agree. The word "solid" is as meaningful as the term "soon", which Sirona likes to use very much and excessively.   As well, the company can become "profitable" with a profit of 1 Mio.$ , but also with 1 $. So to state that they become profitable says nothing. Unfortunately, however, management does not tell us what of these both "profitable" they ...more
