Guys, it took 1,5 years I believe after signing the R&F deal to launch the first product with Tfc-1067. So I believe we are far away from a launch with our compound. Next financing will come soon unless we get some further grants. Pet diabetes was promised last year but again silence. So actually the normal Howard approach. Should not surprise us.

I agree on the timing of the number of months to launch this based upon the typical 18 month ramp up period to put it out on the shelves, January 2023 seems to appear way too early and the compound name would need to be listed on the product label which someone pointed out it is not- probably the only two kernels of wisdom picked up from the R&F launch experience. You are correct for sure. The adequate question is why Sirona insisted on non-disclosure when other parties entering into agreements with Abbvie give full disclosure to the deal details.

the answer, and I have validated this, is that the space is hyper competitive. believe it or not, makes no difference to me.

It is nonsense. Due to non-disclosure, we are trading at 10 cents. Due to non-disclosure, due diligence can not be made of Sirona since we know nothing of future expected revenues and NPV cannot be calculated.  When other parties in the industry enter into agreement with Abbvie with full disclosure, I see no reason why Sirona cannot do the same. You can google piles of deals with Abbvie that disclose financial terms.  I don't think Howard had the ballz to push for it so SBM didn't get it.  Linda should have been a better advocate - she is there to do drug deals not run a company and be responsible for shareholder value though - it starts and ends with Howard. How many times was the animal deal "almost" done

sure whatever buddy, there seems to be lot of support to buy at cheap prices, so back up the truck. Post deal fundamental (not technical voodoo on a thinly traded micro cap) analysis, some have taken time to look at over summer points to valuations 2-3x current market cap on net present value quants alone from the Abbvie/Allergan deal, so not too far of a stretch to assume reasonably bluer skies
