Pareto on June 6 posting got it correct!

Pareto, you did an excellent summary of what's wrong with Sirona.  2006 start-up of High Rider Capital was a long time ago to fiddle while Sirona burned.  That alone says mega things about the ability to bring something to fruition by whatever management we pretended to have.

The bio-convention will be over today and I wonder if solid progress will be announced tomorrow by the SBM leaders, or if they will diddle around yet another month before announcing something.

One recent post indicated that we should give management the space needed to carry out their plan but obviously this has been a huge mistake over the years because 2006 was a loooooooooong time ago, and if that isn't enough time to get something going, then I am truly dilussional.

Anyway, lets hope this is our day.

Also any company that is worried they will not get a deal with Sirona could start buying the stock and own a portion in an indirect way. Any ...more

I think that we must help the company to spread the word. The bio-conference was not intended for retail investors. If you know where they hand out, please help them to see what you see - the reason why you are invested in the first place. The company could probably ask their market maker or an analyst firm to let them present for an audience. Let them know what you want in this respect. Maybe ...more

co. spends over $100,000/yr on IR. Why not pay a service like Zacks, eResearch or Fundamanetal Research to write a research report with a fair value estimate. Oh yeah, co. does not provide any details for an analyst to make an assessment.

I agree in a lot of point's, but management needs to showcase that they are capable enough to manoeuvre the company into the next level.
