With Michelle presumably leaving I sincerely hope this is sign of a buyout given the remaining part-time management couldn't manage their way out of a paperbag. Pretty wild when you consider the remaining Canadian management are all part-time!!! WTF! Howie is a full time Doctor and Hopton also works for a mining company. Yet their arrogance makes them think nothing is wrong with this scenario, everything is fine, don't worry about anything we are at a watershed moment and things are happening and SBM is on the verge of a new era. They have zero care or respect for shareholders and their actions demonstrate this over and over. If Howie didn't have a stranglehold on the company/shares him and his crew would have been shown the door years and years ago as screw up after screw up can be easily attributed to their inexperience and direct actions.
When you look at Dr.Bieber's bio on the Sirona website it notes he worked "heavily" on "M&A" so fingers crossed he has been working away at this vs. lining up a new CEO, etc. After dealing with Howard I can see Bieber saying you just need to sell this as soon as possible recognizing Howie and Co. would just continue to run it into the ground.....while collecting a paycheque along the way.
