Has to be, unless they were testing another revolutionary dark spot treatment at the same time they were doing ours. Surely, surely, this will convince Allergen to get off their rears and get an actual product on the market, hopefully before we go belly up.

They do need an internal alternative to the TFC1067 product. Because Howie insisted on a high royality, the margin for allergan is naturally worse than for its own active ingredient. Then they would rather push SPOT TX
