It was in the news release back in April: "The Principal of the Debenture Units will accrue interest at a rate of 12% per annum, which accrued interest (“Accrued Interest”) will be paid semi-annually, in arrears. The Company will pay the Prepaid Interest and Accrued Interest in cash or, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) acceptance, may elect to satisfy payment in kind by issuing

Can't wait to see how biorun spins this as a positive?   At every turn Howard makes the wrong decision and guides this ship onto the rocks.  Let us look at some highlights.....  - Partnering up with Wanbang..... they slow walk SGLT2 trial and it goes generic in China and trial has to be discontinued.  Then they continue the partnership and the information Wanbang is

I don't see this actual transaction disclosure as positive or negative. This information on the option was disclosed prior.  What pisses me off is when they fart around with the news flow which creates opportunity for them. We will only ever know if that is the case after the fact. Who do you think will be one of the main participants in the next raise? Yes, you guessed it, Howard. The

So you are saying that they illegally manipulate the release of news in order to push the share price down when they want to accumulate? Interesting accusation.

Not exactly but we need to watch this space moving forward. How many times have we seen 1. Dead silence which results in a steady slide as we all start to wonder, then 2. Crappy financials, then 3. Private placement at crappy prices, then 3-6 months later all of sudden fantastic news that doubled, tripled or quadrupled the stock? Look at the historical low points then look what happens 12 months

The science is worthless unless they can produce a product, and so far Howie has failed spectacularly at that objective. If Abbvie ever actually does something, then and only then can we celebrate. Otherwise we may need to get the lawyers involved.

Mgmt silence on the Abbvie deal is stupidly excessive. Michelle told me that the deal does contain performance clauses where Abbvie must commercialize within a certain period or lose exclusivity. Sirona should have at least disclosed this so investors don't think that Abbvie can sit on this for ever and not produce anything.

Selective disclosure is even worse. But nothing new for Vulture stocks. But I don't see why Abbvie wouldn't at least make some attempt, no matter how pathetic, to try to get a product out there. Unless there remains some problem that management has been hiding?

Please do not post contract information. There can be heavy penalties for Michelle and sirona if allergan gets this out. I think it has its reasons why Michelle was terminated....

Maybe if Howie would tell the owners of SBM, THE SHAREHOLDERS, what the heck was going on, there wouldn't be any issues? This garbage about "confidential" contract detail has to stop. We have a right to know, and when we are kept in the dark, have little choice but to assume we are being lied to. JMO

i dont think anyone here is looking to either compromise the contract agreement or seek details about the agreement that are not available to share. Having a non compliance clause in an agreement such as this one is quite standard, so lets not get dramatic here. We are simply wanting a little more information than "we can say due to confidentiality reasons", and for us to know that 1

And yet all we get from Howie is crickets. One has to wonder if he can't find a single positive thing to say, maybe there is nothing but bad news coming?
