Co. just changed auditors in Feb 2020. Did they find an even cheaper one? Part timer?

Looks like they got a bigger firm.

Yeah, if they ever want to be bought out, this upgrade is a minimum as not too many larger pharmas are going to listen to a mom and pop firm who gets paid in shares.

Davidson & Company This is the same auditor that is used by SPN SNIP Interactive another VSE firm that missed its dates to file audited financial statements.  The company has missed dates to provide audited financials a couple of times for the 2022 Financial statements company has been halted since July 2023.  Latest is that the financials will be complete by mid November. There
