Someone doesn't believe a word this company puts out, apparently.
Personally, I don't see any reason to be selling at that level, unless it is an "insider" who knows something we don't?

It makes Sense to sell at 10 and then buy at 10 in the pp to get free options

Yeah, but to plunk down a 500,000+ ask on a stock that trades so thinly is odd, to say the least. Either they are holding the share price down to do another financing for Howie, or it is someone who wants out really badly, but needs 10 cents to break even. JMO

Right, it also makes no sense for someone to buy the sheres over the market instead of buying in the PP. But anyway sirona Investors are quite strange people, so you never know why they place strange orders.

At least that big ask isn't scaring anyone to sell into the bid, so we can take a little (very little) comfort from that.

That is what happens, every time. No surprise. Note I am aware of another company that made an offer to do a private placement, then before the placement was finalized, the stock flew by a factor of 3x!. The decision was that the company had the right to continue the placement at the earlier agreed price.. of course as the price rose, the pp interest went up accordingly and ended up

They usually present news after a pp rather than before... let's see if that's a repeating pattern this time.

That is also a good point. The 500k ask could also be another attempt to lid the price to avoid the stress of the situation I just described. When one has been around this long in the stock as many of us have, it doesn't take a neuro scientist to come to the feeling these days that sentiment is turning in favour of a more true to size valuation. Not just the reduction in negative commentary

That BIG ask at 10 cents vanished and a small ask is there now at 10.5 cents.  Somebody's playing around again. Hopefully we will have more positive things to discuss once we get rolling more. Have a nice day. BeAlert

Wouldn't read anything into the asks myself. Many reasons to remove an ask near the bell.
