If, by chance, AbbVie starts promoting a 1067 product at the same time, early next year, when GlycoProtemim hits the market, it could get interesting.

It will likely be a painful 2024 for SBM's downtrodden shareholders, but what if...................?

We have held our noses this long, what's another year, if they actually pull this off? And who really wants to sell at the all-time bottom? Not me, that's for sure.

I would rather see Sirona take 51% of future sales of $100M than 90% of nothing. If Sirona had a buyout clause that would assert its full ownership rights down the road after everything was paid back plus profit, then even better.

Considering financial statements, known revanue and grants over the years I think that anti-aging costs represent between 15-20 million CAD (20-26 million USD). It's hard to tell exactly because the anti-aging part has not been specified. Anyone that wants to join Sirona Laboratories and earn 49 percent must contribute with almost the same amount that Sirona Biochem has spent on the compound. ...more

Well, that made ZERO sense. And check your math while you are at it. And the last time I checked the Canadian dollar was worth less than the US$, not more.
