Iscfa you had a similar post on March 27th re last years AGM and it appears you sent a copy to the BCSC.BC.CA Did you get any kind of a response? Are you sending this one to the same place?

I believe the PR is only referring to the number of votes present in person or represented by proxy by people attending in person. Does not include online votes.
