Well, at least they didn't reprice it down, but the falling share price must have scared most potential investors off. Of note, Howie didn't participate, even a little. I guess he only likes the sweetheart deals? But we aren't desperate for money right now, so better to have a smaller placement than reprice it and give more shares away for nothing. And who knows, maybe Sirona Labs

It would be nice to be a fly on the wall to know why the placement is so small.  At their burn rate, this could evaporate quickly.  Notice their payables on the financials?  I'm not convinced they have tried to conserve $$$ over time and have simply become irresponsible in managing 'our' resources. Hopefully we can weather the next months on a shoe string budget, which

In my opinion the share price dropped mainly because of the private placement, and then in preparation of the AGM non-event for whatever reason. I comfort myself with the high volume in Germany this week, for every seller there is a buyer, and maybe the shareprice can slowly start to gain again. I think the timing of the private placement was a disaster. Now and then I dream of a shareholder
