Because it comes from the management and they can write what they want.  At the end nobody trust them. Look at the shareprize. That is the result from years of bullsh it

We are only weeks away from the "Sell in May" period which means this could be a long summer for SBM if they don't have some news that's indicates revenue or near term revenue.  Don't want to even guess at shareprice- a nickel or less? SBM can only stay afloat on Howie's BS for so long - if they can't raise money this might not be a going concern for much longer

The fact SBM hasn't received a milestone payment doesn't bode well for a release anytime soon.   If they had received a milestone I'm sure the CEO would be yelling it from the rooftops and probably spending it immediately. The contract was announced officially two years ago but remember Allergan had the clinical trial results much earlier since they helped pay for it.  So

If AbbVie wants to keep the launch date quiet, then if they owe Sirona a milestone payment then I suppose we wouldn't see it show up until the following quarter financials. If not, then there will be a need for CFO to disclose through a news release.

Sounds like you're just blind by bitterness. Basically it means that any positive message like a product launch would be considered useless to you just because the origin of the message is the mangement, kind of weird way to reason I guess. I'm not happy at all with the current share price - and yes - that's mostly because of unexperienced management in the past, but my primary focus

I don't have more information than what's provided in the update. My guess is that they made a move towards investors some time ago and since it had legs preferred to close the private placement instead of lowering the price. Hard to estimate the time, but probably not earlier than May.

So you mean this one is the first update where the management told us the truth?  Hopefully you are right.  Howard told us that we will see a great upfront from the abbvie Deal.  Now we know it was bullshit
