Operation discontinued?

Now a project manager from TFChem has resigned after more than 16 years (see on LinkedIn). Sirona is sure to be sold soon (I mean really soon, not Howards soon) because there is no money or staff to continue operations.

Do you seriously think that default would be considered an option by the insiders 7-8 months away from the planned product launch?! I'm sure they all will write cheques if needed. So I'm not really worried. Also, the risk/reward is pretty nice for an investor in Sirona Laboratories. An employee can resign for a number of reasons.
