Even if there is a forced sale due to insolvency, I believe that a buyer will be found who is prepared to pay more than the current market value of €9mio. So no risk, despite the tight cash flow.

But there's a chance that something will actually work out. And because hardly anyone still believes in it, the upside potential is huge.
