How low can it go…..

New 52 week low and bids out there at 3 cents.

It is getting to a do or die scenario now - 50/50 on if Howard can drag this play into 2025.

This should be documented as an example of how not to run a company.  So many examples and all the blame can be put on Howard plain and simple.

I think it is something for the lawyers.  "This deal makes Sirona a profitable company. If a CEO officially tells that to the shareholders, and the company goes bankruptcy beforehand, the CEO has to go into prison.

Pretty much the same thing I was thinking. Because we're talking stockmarket and especially smallcap (Venture) nothing in the way of penalties ever happens.

Please explain why you suggest bankcuptcy. It makes fellow shareholders unneccessary nervous and drive the shareprice down without presenting any facts that support the claim.

No revenue, no pending revenue, large expenses looming, ongoing wages, incompetent management, etc. and they can't raise money in the general market and if they could it's only going to be at 3 cents! No wonder bankruptcy is mentioned in the same breath as SBM.
