Working for the V's

I forgot that SBM's CFO also worked at a mining company - I'm sure SBM isn't keeping him too busy right now!

Apparently the CEO at Rio Silver is also a Verrico - he must like working for that family?

Chris Verrico also made an insider buy of Sirona stock back in March so they really are keeping it in the family.  Hopefully that is a good sign.

It lists Christopher Verrico as a "director" but Sirona doesn't list him as one on their website?  Must be an oversight I'm sure.

Christopher Verrico ceased to be an insider Nov 27, 2013. Damn fool must have filed an incorrect insider report or SBM has hired him back as a director and not disclosed it yet.

Funny how we only have 3 individuals regarding insider ownership and two of them are named Christopher. Also a little strange that Geraldine is not mentioned --- but again I must admit I have no idea how Stockhouse gets this data.

I extracted this from the SEDI site, Chris Hopton apparently has no transaction in 2024. Verrico, Christopher Ceased to be Insider:     2013-11-27      Common Shares     date of transacrion    2024-03-11  Direct Ownership :  Acquisition in the public market     +16,000       Closing ...more

With such a large stake in SBM shares, one would think Howie would be working a little harder for the company?

No but he is working hard in the hospital

Not sure where you find this information, isn't everyone on the board registred as insider?!
