Sirona's problem was the pharma mindset. In other words, only developing active ingredients and licensing them out. Turtle, I think they were so arrogant that they thought direct marketing was beneath them. They thought they had a breakthrough product that big pharma would pay them billions for, and make them all rich. Meanwhile, little startups like Marin were doing the same thing and getting ahead of us. Just simple stupid arrogance. But we aren't too late, if they can actually get their butts in gear.

Yes, Sirona has made many mistakes. However, given they have clinicals, a producer of molecule and hopefully some savvy packaging and brand name. Will be very interesting to see what they call this and how they market...Marin does one thing well, deliver Hemocyanin. Let alone financing, which will come before or after the election?

Marin obviously got a financial backer to expand their business. So wtf is the problem here? Is it management that is spooking potential investors?
