What’s going on with the price action?

Is this low price because of some warrants being exercisable at 5.5 cents?  It's funny how a company that shows such an amazing PEA and recovery of their resource would still trade this low.  It has to rank with the best mining projects out there.  They definately need to show off what their scandium alloy's applications are and let investors know how close they are to their deal with the major automotive company on the battery box.  This is the time to be aggressive in getting aluminum producers backing this project.  I think they need help marketing this resource.  Who knows maybe in a few years this will trade at $3 plus and early investors can do well, but if just having a liquid market is the goal right now might as well buy.  Is it the market maker trying to take out stop losses?
