Guy Bourassa appointed CEO

Guy Bourassa, the former head of Nemaska Lithium 1.0 that did not get along with Minister Fitzgibbon?

The head of NMX 1.0 with major cost overruns that ended up in CCAA and privatized to the detriment of 25,000 shareholders and unsecured creditors. The same Guy Bourassa? Pallinghurst an offshore tax haven obtained 50% of Nemaska Lithium 2.0, 50% Investissement Quebec (IQ). Livent (LTHM) acquired 50% from Pallinghurst. Livent merged with AllKem and is now called Arcadium Lithium plc (ALKM).

Guy Bourassa came out of the cave/hibernation  early in the season to a new beginning?

Tell me it isn't the case?

Insolvency?Guy Bourassa President CEO ...more

Who really, as a business player, gets along with a bureaucrat that plays policy but doesn't create products or value?

Arrogant, yet, one was let go. Was he not? If the NMX 1.0 board did not have supposed yes men, the outcome may have been different not allowing the CEO control.
