Good and not good....they were expected to close the mine acquisition by Dec.16th (ie.tomorrow), it is now reported to mid-2021. By the tone of the news, it sounds like they had issues with financing the acquisition...in any case, I'm still long on this one. GLTA

Lease is extended till June 2021. I don't think they'll wait that long to get the acquisition done.

Sounds like a fairly congenial negotiation.  From a distance, it appears to me that the seller has a lot of power.  With silver prices higher than when the original deal was struck, I would expect the seller to drive a hard bargain and force them to painful terms.  I suppose the experienced financing partner is a helpful "Adult in the Room" to make sure that they don't ...more
