What is everyone's thoughts on the financing arrangement made?

Initial reaction is that it is expensive financing.IMHO

Well, assuming interest rates stay flat (unlikely), they have to pay 42 easy monthly installments of $478k.  Even if interest rates go up 300 BP, the monthly payment is only 24k more. Assuming silver stays in the current range, that will be easy to cover, but that's another crucial dependency. Duh. According to their presentation, the aquisition of Zimapan will eliminate a 4% NSR, so I guess that's the "price" of leasing.

Initial thoughts for myself is that debt financing is always nice to limit more dilution. But then saw the 28,000,000 warrants. I think management of scz did alot better than the management over at TSN.V. That in my mind is expensive.
