What Glencore calls the mines doesn't matter
Santacruz has bought them for their silver... and from the information in the PR

there's a lot of silver. Glencore would have been running their circuits to maximise the lead / zinc because that's what they wanted. Santacruz will re-adjust the circuits to maximise silver recovery.
it will take something totally-unexpected for this to not work out well for Santacruz.
