AISC?

Cannot see that vital stat listed .

Glencore retains 45% and 1.5% royalty?

Agreed. I read the press release to say that now Glencore owns a 45% stake, and the Bolivian gov't owns the remaining 55%.  The 45% stake is what they are selling to SCZ.

I don't think Glencore reports AISC per mine, so we don't know what that'll be yet. As for ownership percentage, its in the NR. Santacruz gets 45% in Bolivar and Porco, whereas COMIBOL (Bolivian state company) owns 55%. Both are silver/zinc/lead underground mines with processing plants of 1200 tpd. Santacruz gets 100% of Caballo Blanco. Another silver/zinc/lead underground mine ...more

One more thing. According to the NR "For the nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Assets produced 6.4MM oz Ag Eq1 (100% basis)", which would be 8.5MM on an annual basis. I assume that includes COMIBOL's share, and if so, Santacruz's share would probably be around 5MM AgEq per year. (Maybe a little more, since Porco has lower grades than Caballo Blanco.)
