Where TF is the financing? The longer this goes, the more worried the market will come that it aint happening. You'd think they would have lined this up or at least had some LOIs in place. SP is stuck at the bottom here and doesn't appear to be gaining any traction whatsoever.

They must be close to the announcement, see excerpt from Glencore press release dated October 12th 2021; ''Completion of the sale is conditional on, without limitation, receipt of certain regulatory approvals in Canada and is expected to occur within the next three months.'' GLTA
