SCZ is not only a mid-tier silver producer but also a good size zinc producer (we have to remember that Glencore listed the assets bought by SCZ under their 'zinc production' division) so, with the price of zinc at an historic high...well.... sky is definitely blue for SCZ. GLTA

New mine construction is running above budgets in almost all jurisdictions. As for Santa soon becoming 6M+ producer I am not sure what you are trying today. 6 million ounces of silver are currently produced on annual basis. When taking into account zinc and lead company is currently producing 15 million silver equivalent ounces which is the comparative metric used in the sector.

At the moment the annual silver production is around 6 million ounces. In my calculation I did not include the production of zinc and lead. I know for a fact that the production will be much higher but let's wait and see what the production figures will be in a few months.

Consolidated production expressed in silver equivalent ounces 1,391,590 AgEq; (+65.3% vs Q4 2021, and +96.8% vs Q1 2021) Here is the consolidated production for the first quarter of 2022 Where do you get the 4,3 million ounces for the first quarter?

You need to look below into consolidated Q1 production results including the Bolivian assets. Only 13 days from the quarter were attributed to SantaCruz. Your quarterly production is at 4.3 million silver equivalent. It will be fully attributable this Q (Q2) https://twitter.com/DavidRAF303/status/1526213819143532546?t=IOU3502N130qugYcHxrAzQ&s=19

Total production for 2021 is 3.2 million ounces of silver. How do we get to 15 to 17 million ounces? If SCZ was a 17 million ounce producer I would have 1 million shares in my portfolio. Do the right research.

Lifeex, We now have the bar officially raised. Imagine where we'd be today post announcement if silver was at 25oz and heading for 30. We need to be patient. I remain very optimistic about drilling at Santa G. If my assumptions are somewhat correct, Santa G. will ve a major propellant to the Mex side of operations. Can't wait for drill results. Thank you for your ongoing supportive posts.

Indeed. Patience is key. Now that they are producing in the intermediate level category stock price will be rerated to match comparable producers. Nothing to be concerned with and yes blue sky ahead. Santa Gorgonia should surprise us next month.

In your opinion, when will we see a rerate. Fingers crossed after q2 financials are released?

Arturo said production and financials are strong. This should start drifting higher into 50 cent range just based on these production results. With financials next month and an overall change in precious metals sentiment we should see higher prices. Just my humble opinion

Fair enough. Thanks Life. If any company deserves a break it's Santacruz. They have worked tirelessly to the goal of becoming a mid tier and they have arrived. Congratulations to them. Nothing but integrity and hard work here. Refreshing to see.

Q2 results are phenomenal financially using average price of zinc over the quarter of $3800 per tonne and silver of $23. It will be a blowout with cash flow and revenues. Now Q3 (current quarter) aren't reported until November and we need metals to rebound for those outperform.

You may be right and I hope they will be positive. I'm not sure about the $23 silver price. I think it will be around $20 and $21. In the long run the results should be better and better.
