So they lost almost 4,000,000 but there's 800,000 in bad debt and 1.3 million in legal costs so structurally it looks like they were in a $2 million deficit assuming those other costs do not recur. Not good. 

DKAM is in the mix, they seem to be knowledgable, so?

I calculate the current market cap value at around $52,842,000.  Deducting the cash and assets held for sales, legacy contracts and mortgage loans and the Enterprise Value is around $30,200,000.  Let’s be conservative and say SSC only collects half of the asset’s value, then the Enterprise Value is ±$35,000,000.   SSC is on a revenue run rate of ±$100,000,000 and SSC
