Thanks for the link MrMo. At the end of the day what does a buyout from PEL83 look like insofar as stock price is concerned, 1;50 USD a share to the shareholders?  GLTA

Very hard to say, lots of whisper numbers valuing 83 from $10 to $20B USD.  Value of carry?  Feels to me that the number would be greater than where we currently trade today and that doesn't give anything for 90, 87, 82, 79, 106, cash in hand and possible VMM-37 arbitration...
