what are they doing

another announcement today saying they still have not filed the required annual financial statements that were due on dec31.the year end was aug31.what are they doing.let us hope they are so busy filling new orders that they do not have time to do the paper work

If the last message is real then they have had no time to put that imformation together have they . I am not concerned anyway

they have had 5 and a half months to do the annual results.as was said before this is not a multi billion dollar corporation.there are not so many results to put together.no reason to sell here but just wondering what they are doing

You'd think the share price would get knocked down more than it is...which leads me to believe something positive still might come out of this. But who knows? Could be a warning that its about to tank.

I think there second news release on the end of year reporting was an attempt to keep the shareholders informed.  Yes it did that but it seemed to indicate that if might be quite a bit longer until they report the results by the fact that they are setting up this bi-weekly communication system.  I though initially they said it would be delayed by 1 month and if so why the need to updates
