there is no below,in fact there's not much of anything here except maybe a good product but what good is that if there's nobody to market it,how can you expect them to do any marketing if they can't even get their financials out on time

As I've said before, I think this is just a means for some of the big boys (major shareholder's) to generate some capital losses.   May not have started out that way but I think it's developped into one.
