Again the historical pattern continues, lots of talk, lots of hype, we are turning the corner...., stock price will rise..., and all the price does is continue to drop. Management can't get their act in order and with the potential for membrane technology out there it is unbelievable that they can't generate much sales. Putting all their eggs in the Military basket at some point is going ...more
