Someone said the OS count has just been updated (to 706.73 M).

I think someome just looked at the Quote screen and say the Total outstanding shares. It still shows the 592 Mil shares Issued and the otehr number refers to the older warrants. No update yet as far as I can tell

But, yes, I agree that the private placement is likely closed. I just don't believe today's volume has anything to do with the financing....much bigger and better things have caused that.
