Is S7 tech already dead and we can't admit it or is the silence from the company and insider buys part of a bigger plan yet to be unvieled. The clock is ticking

If the tech were obsolete the insiders would not be buying. Does the company keep the news to a bare minimum to keep the share price down?? not sure. There is always millions on the bid side just below the ask. Adds some downward pressure at least for the short term people. Is this one group scooping up shares to add to the insiders when the time comes??? Could be. Not sure what legal
