I do not see where it says S7 is leaving. Not sure the Real Estate Co. would promote the select tenants if they were leaving the building. I may be missing something, please point me in the right direction TY

Actually, when you click on the 5th floor info it does say Suite 500. Which is Spectra. Suite 550 is Techpoint. Guess they're moving.

I guess everybody has already found it, but anyway. It says the space is available from May 2021. Space Size Term Rate Space Use Condition Available 1st Fl, Ste 100 1,878 SF Negotiable $47.40 /SF/YR Office

It could be they are just trying to cut costs. Who works from the offices these days anyway.
