Is SPVNF on NASDAQ halted for trading?

Just curious.  Not an owner now. Blessed to escape even in last run up. Many years and much average down scalping allowed my exit.  Looking to re-enter at current SP but this NASDAQ thing concerns me, or maybe I got it wrong.  Checked with 3 brokerage firms and none will market SPVNF and they give no reason. V.SEV is no problem but this signal from the States is bothersome.  Can you shed light?

Was one of them TD?   SEV is such scam now.  If there was even a whif of real orders they would have said something in the placement release.  Its like they are issuing shares to pay themselves.  They then buy back some of the shares in a PP.  They then do the once per year name dropping release to give it a pump, then nothing.  Oh Ya... There is always a ramp up
