I agree, but if you could buy the PP at 1.32, wouldn't it also be smart to sell old shares at 1.66? A certain profit.

it absolutely would make sense for the accredited investors. I am not accredited and cannot take part in the new raise so therefor would not be a seller. So you will get some of that happening right now. For 10 more days I guess.
