Quick Question for the crew-
Hi Fellow S7 investors- quick question from a long time S7 investor that hasnt visited the board in ages-
I was at a friend's house last week, they showed me the Meta/Quest headset they had just purchased for their kids (even tho the parents used it most of the time they told me :)
Anyway, i noticed that this headset had NO CABLE IN BACK, it was wireless... When i followed S7 real closely a few yrs. back, that was their domain (the cabling connecting the headset)....
Is the cabling reserved only for 'high end' (significant bandwidth transfer) type of applications? or has the technology moved forward and i am stuck in the past with that cabling to the headset- model??
Thanks for any input !

NCT - Wireless have limitations regarding data flow. That's why SONY chose to go wired with S7 for the PS5 gaming console.

Thanks WonderNews2- so it sounds like the bandwidth intensive apps (i.e., gaming consoles) still need the tethered wire, if i am reading you correctly... and hoping there is still a big market for wired devices.... Thx- NCT

Nor cal the biggest benefit for tethered is graphics being sharper and latency is non existent so the experience is fast and vivid

They ideally want us all tethered to keep us safe at 6' apart. Think of the Matrix. They want us directly plugged in. Wireless is part 2 of transhumanism. Now that you're chipped/integrated into the IOT you're free to get up, walk out of your home or apt to enjoy some pokemon go like the good ol' days. All viral threat are now under control. https://youtu.be/LJpBJAHqY0M

NCT, nice to see you dropping in. It's been a while since there has been much or any talk including " headset" projections or revenue. The real question remains, will this revenue save Spectra7's a$$ until and if we can ramp up Data results?? Will time be the enemy of the shareholder?? Tick, tick, tick. S7
