The company needed cash for two reasons. 1. to be able to grow rapidly if/when orders come in. 2. to show they are strong enough financially so that they can actually get orders.

This removes a big overhang. And, insiders stepped up in a big way. All in all, I think great news and sets the stage for the next move higher in the stock. I bot some today at $.70.

I have seen the tear down of the psvr2. Definitely spectra chips inside. They should be able to hold up sony. Management is just lining the pockets of their insiders right now.  '22 was the year spectra was to be uplisted but the pigs are still loading so maybe 2024. Until then the financing games will continue. Spectra over paid 200bps on the last financing which was just enough to keep
