A Few Things Wrong Here

Since 2017 Halim has been promoting ACC. The SEV patents is the anchor for SEV's prosperity.  SEV was talking about ACC going back long before 2012.

PSVR2 is not selling as well as Sony hoped and I believe the revenues for SEV are already baked in from Sony. While ACC still has not happened. 

Halim miss led investors with public statements regarding up listing, projections, financings and most importantly...

Using the term "design wins" when in fact these are "design ins" .  The CFO clarified this for me. There is a big difference. The threats of Halim being sued was huge and a heart attack sabbatical ensued. 

So here we are, essentially a pack of misleading projections while the company perpetrates shareholder dilution rinse and repeat financings.

A design in means the tech has passed testing and will be designed into final product. A design win is getting your product to testing phase with customer. Design in is always the goal. Design win your getting close design in your there.

Jack, no, it turns to be a common mistake to consider design-in to be closer to the goal than the design-win. It is the other way around. Here is the best explanation I was able to find: Those who have been invited to tender, once they have submitted a product design, can use the label “design-in” to describe their achievement. Once they have been awarded the contract, they can use the label ...more
