Why would they raise another $3million? Very weird.  Not possible that they have spent all of the $15M.

Good freaking question!!!!  Why are they diluting this stock further?!?!?!Unreal, I pray for the day the SP hits $.50 so that I can bail out.  This company sucks!!

they obviously are bright enough to raise the money while the can---they will do a robert friedland and drill these properties like a pin cushion--they are willing to pay ,30 and you could buy at .24---they must recognize huge potential

Either people are blindly pumping, or are honestly mistaken.Diluting this company further, is NOT a good move.  16+ million more shares.Raising funds when the SP is so low is NOT a good move.  The SP is way too low to do a PP imo.  Also, they should have well over $10 million on hand, further dilution is plain dumb when you have so much already. I could see the new CEO partaking in the new PP. One thing to note is that this is a proposal for a PP and that it will still need to be filled. What that means is that SFF will most likely not release any material news until it has been filled. So we sit and wait for a while. I may decide to throw some money when the PP is close to being completed as a lot of companies tend to pop after that ...more
