PP Above Current Price?

Any ideas why the PP was set at .30?

If anyone could answer that, they will be the same and only people that can answer the question of why they needed it and what they intend to use it for, because at this point....We're all scratching our heads.We know they have MORE then $10 million in their treasury....Why a PP at such a low point?  And, what happens when these very cheap shares become free trading?  10 million free ...more

when you buy a stock for .30 you feel that it will go up---why would they think anything different---i am sure they feel that sff will go up
