Agreed Pezz would expect to see something very near term.  Bought a few more shares today at these lows can't help but think we will see .30's with any news.GLTA

I feel your pain pezz as shareholder value has continued to bleed due to Pirie and Roodenburgs errogant mistakes.It has hurt a lot of the great people who have in the past or still post here.Investor confidence in Seafield is minimal at best, but hopefully the new management team can pull this out of the fire with a bit of honesty and integrity when dealing with shareholders.My guess is

We won't see any results until after the private placement is completed. I would expect them to be shortly after that. Now when that PP is completed is anyones guess but I can't imagine there will be people lining up with 3 million bucks to buy this. Might be a while still but hopefully it will be in the next few weeks. Gold still holding up decently during this time and with a resource

PP has to finish and New Management has to make plans and will make this baby hummmm.

Forgot about the PP....$hit that may take some time to fill considering the current price.  Not exactly sure how you close a placement of shares at or above market with no other incentives (warrants) attached?  Well I have held most of my shares for a couple years....guess another year won't kill me.  Interesting to see what kind of magic they use to close the PP.

I am sure that most of the  PP was for the new management and if there is left over I am sure they would be gone and if this comes true that means there would be confidence in the new people. JMHO

I agree that I think the PP was done for the new management and that is why there were no warrants attached as they did receive options. Nevertheless, the venture continues to plummet and that isn't helping at all. Even good news might not help the stock price too much. Time will tell. Bought more today though, probably dumb but we shall see.
