The most recent private placement is being done by the new management team to allow them ownership in the company.  Purchasing shares at a premium to the current market price should be viewed as a positive and has nothing to do with the current cash position of the company.  As you can see from our investor fact sheet on our website, the company has roughly $16 Million in cash in the treasury.

So if the new management is indeed investing 3 million of their own hard earned money then I think they like what they see. They have a better idea of the geology and the potential then most investors and I bet that there has been some whispers of the assays that have been coming back. If they can stomach being down almost thirty percent on their investment right off the bat then their faith in

The optic's of this doesn't sit well at current price levels.I am a little concerned management may not fill this at the price.  I think there expectation was this would drive prices back to the .30 level and it has not.  We need this closed or cancelled and news ASAP.Hope they realize patience is thin with most shareholders.

Take it easy HD for you are starting to have hallucinations for they would not of take the job of turning this into a serious contender in the gold market. Patients is needed.
