I posted a link to a CNBC "Top Institutional Holders" report yesterday. erich01 later pointed out that there appeared to be a huge drop in the number of shares held by Cesar Lopez, according to that report.
In an attempt to clarify, I emailed SFF's Investor Relations. Here is the response I received back from David MacMillan:
"I took a look at the link and it is not correct. There are a number of inaccuracies, especially pertaining to the holdings of management. The trusted source for insider transactions is SEDI. Management is required to file with them when they buy or sell in the market.
Cesar still holds 2,210,000 shares.
If you ever have any further questions about Management holdings, please do not hesitate to contact me.
