That could be interesting

Anybody watched the first Presidential debate? The point that Romney made would clearly give Seafield a boost in my opinion, provided he gets elected President.

He's planning to open up trade in Latin America.

We have a free trade agreement with Colombia. It's been in effect since May 2012. Nonetheless, it would be very useful to upen up trade in Latin America. In the latest polls Romney is leading. Let's see what the next two debates show us.

Be careful what you wish for. The type of draconian austerity they're advocating is not good for either the stock market or the gold market. We tried it here in the States in 1929 with Herbert Hoover. It didn't work out so well then and it won't now. I'm a seller particularly of gold stocks if he's elected. glta

One other thing. :-) It took us a couple of decades to get into this financial mess and it'll probably take us just as long to get out. That is, if we don't rock the boat too far to one side or the other. WW II is widely credited with getting us out of the Great Depression. But what was it about WWII that did it?
