Gold

look at the current gold price. what good did it do seafield? the stock didn't give a rats a... about the gold price.

there, currently, is no earning money with seafield by holding it. the trigger-fingers, as I call em are out there and shaky as hell. Since 2010 DECLINE ONLY.  the volume is miserable, that's what other guys said already and it's true. There MAY be a change, but when?

all the talking about "hanging in there", results pending!!!!! is the biggest BS I have ever heard. The chart doesn't lie.

Low volume swing trading, seafield is great, you just can get the stock price where you wanna have it. The trigger-fingers with all their stops placed with questionable intelligence.

I'm not saying seafield can't climb but you better be patient. Maybe the upcoming results bring it near the .20 again. Then, of course the company will be quiet again for weeks or months, aaaaaaand a new decline will start. DON'T LET OTHER GUYS IN THIS BOARD FOOL YOU. Do your own DD. If you like Seafield go invest in it. But be warned.

All my opinion.

Seafield is a purely speculative play. Any money you have invested, you'd better be prepared to lose it, or you should get out.  I bought Seafield and I am just waiting for it to take off or go to zero. I wouldn't be surprized at either - and it could take months for anything to happen.

Exactly. Many people here on the board don't like it when you criticize their precious little stock. That's why you get rated down. Oh nooo, don't let too many people read it. The point is simple. Either the company solely serves the purpose to make management rich. They get their money, good money, Lopez some 300k per annum. Then it's easy to let stockholders wait and don't ...more

Seafield getting some attention following the Medellin gold show.  Rumored to be part of a possible area consolidation play to create a larger land position for a company that would beome a serious producer in the area.  Anyone hear anything else about this?

Owning both BAT and SFF we have a vested interest in share appreciation. Speaking with IR of bth cos it is apparent that a consolidation would be in everyone's best interest. I see SFF and BAT or another undergoing merger(s)to bring production in 2013-14. Duplication of task and function serves no one excet management's salaries. FARC is not really an issue in this area, so we should have ...more
