Anyone notice that close neighbor, Batero (BAT.v) is down over 10% to new yearly low on large volume for it? Not all news is good news. Hopefully our fate will be better than BATs...or maybe BAT is making an offer or better yet an offer for SFF which disappointed BAT's shareholders. I received the response from SFF, hope the news are good news; here is the response: Seafield is halted pending further material news.  The Company is working on releasing it as soon as possible.

I hope it's a better drill result than that posted last Friday, anything else would be a let down after that.  If there was some kind of joint venture or takeover wouldn't we be alerted to a halt by the other jv company or major?  Thoughts anyone?

The other company would only be halted if it was material news to them.  SFF may be a drop in bucket to a major and barely register.
